The Bullet Journal Method is a book authored by the creator of the Bullet Journal, Ryder Carroll. He launched his book in October of last year and has recently celebrated

The book isn’t all about how to use or start a Bullet Journal. You don’t need this book to become “better” at bullet journaling at all. What you will learn from this book is how you can use the system to enhance your way of living.

Learn the basics of the Bullet Journal

The Bullet Journal has been around since 2013 and is continuously growing. There has been a lot of interpretations and variations since then due to its customizable nature. Because of that, there is a number of beginners who are not aware of how to go about bullet journaling and somehow get lost along the way.

Read: Why Every Bullet Journalist Should Go Back to Basics

Yes, you can learn the Bullet Journal system without the book – because most of it is in the Bullet Journal website. This book is also a great guide because it dives a little bit deeper into how and why the BuJo was designed that way.

Read stories about how the Bullet Journal changed lives

In The Bullet Journal Method, you will read a few stories about how real people benefited from using the Bullet Journal. You will read a story about a woman who tore the page with her son’s seizure logs off her Bullet Journal for the paramedics to use as reference. There is a story about a couple who used the Bullet Journal to strengthen their marriage. All these stories are inspiring and will encourage you to maximize the system even more.

Learn how to incorporate self-improvement activities in Bullet Journaling

In the second half of the book, Ryder focuses on the practice of bullet journaling. It isn’t just about writing down tasks and appointments every day – the Bullet Journal is more than that. He teaches us how we can use the Bullet Journal as a form of reflection, how to focus on our goals, and how to manage our time.

The book is part manual and part self-help book. It’s not just about the Bullet Journal system and how you can customize it. It’s about using it to assess your life and making steps on how to improve it significantly. The Bullet Journal Method is a good read – you won’t regret it.
