Penpapersoul’s two-page weekly layout is what inspired my current weekly layout. I love the idea of seeing everything in just one glance and this layout just spoke to me. The amount of space for each day is just right.
I made a slight modification to her layout and that was to incorporate my “minimalist” style and my need to have a monthly calendar. The challenge with the calendar (7cm wide) there was for it to look less like this (because I was really avoiding that awkward whitespace that’s padding the calendar).
So I decided to add 3 more sections with these measurements (unit is boxes in an A5 dotted Leuchtturm1917:
- Events – 7×19
- Weekly tasks – 9×19
- Notes – 8×19
- Weekday: 12×18/19
- Weekend: 12×8/9
And voila! It has evolved to this magnificent minimalist layout.
