Lamy officially announced their latest special edition Lamy Safari – the Savannah Green and Terra Red. Both colors were the first edition colors of the Lamy Safari when it launched in 1980s, with Terra Red originally called Terracotta Orange.

There were different types of Safaris with these colors in the 80s – a mechanical pencil, a ballpoint pen, a rollerball, and the fountain pen. The 2021 edition will bring back the ballpoint, rollerball, and the fountain pen.
They have not explicitly announced the release date but most fountain pen retailers have noted on their websites that it will be out in February.
